End of Season Results
It is now officially the end of season! Hooooorah! All the worcestershire league games have been completed, and well done to everyone involved. I am not sure if any teams are going up or going down, i shall up date you when i know. But here are the finishing places of all the teams involved.
Mens 1st Team: Division 2
2nd Place
After a shakey start to the season and after a couple of early defeats we did very well. The team ended up finishin 2nd overall, and only loosing on points difference to Worcester.
Mens 2nd Team: Division 4
5th Place
Again we had a bit of a slow start to the season with a few early defeats, but throughout the season we picked up a few key results and finished the season well in 5th place. Hopefully this should be enough to stay in the division.
Ladies 1st Team: Premier League
3rd Place
The ladies 1st had a very good season again in the premier league with their 3rd place only loosing 3 times all season, and only narrowly beaten to second place on points difference. Well done to all the ladies involved!
Ladies 2nd Team: Division 1
5th Place
Ladies 2nd's had mixed results througout the season with a very tough league, and hopefully 5th place will be enough to see them in the division again next year. Well done to all!
Mixed 1st Team: Division 1
5th Place
The mixed 1st's had a difficult year as we lost a few players before the start of the season, but still managed a respectful 5th and hopefully this will see us stay in the division
Mixed 2nd Team: Division 2
6th Place
Mixed 2nd also found it tough this year, as some of the team got promoted to the 1st's which meant we struggled for players this year. but saying that, a couple a very good results at the end of the season meant we came in 6th and hopefully this will keep us in the division.
Congratulations and well done to everyone involved, looking forward to next season!
